Solomon Rose

Solomon is a Western Maryland–based entrepreneur and builder who focuses on creating long-term wealth and stability for his family. He leads Battaglia West, an expansion of the established Battaglia Homes platform, where he builds custom and semi-custom homes with a strong emphasis on process, technology, and client experience. Beyond homebuilding, he is a shareholder and board member of Allegany Coal and Land, helping guide its shift toward commercial and industrial development, and he has also pursued a forestry mulching business serving the broader tri-state region. At home, Solomon is married to Lauren Battaglia and they are raising two young children together. Outside of work, he’s deeply invested in motorsports as a motocross track owner and enthusiast, and he also has a passion for aviation, reflecting his drive to keep learning and pushing into new arenas.
